Admission Term
Admission at RVG is offered twice in a year i.e April Term & October Term.
A complete background check of the student and verification of documentation is done before admitting the student at RVG
Every student has to renew the admission every
six months. Student’s conduct and behaviour is closely monitored.
We have a
strict check system on students performance, participation in activities,
his/her discipline, maintaining
of cleanliness in the rooms and campus etc.
Basis this, students are graded and are permitted to renew their admission.
Renewal of admission is not a right. A student has to prove his candidature to be eligible for renewal of admission
RVG Team
Our RVG Team ensure detailed documentation and complete background check before admissions.
There are CCTVs, 24*7 security checks, and hostel wardens to maintain the decorum on the campuses.
Further, we also follow review-based half-yearly renewals, to check on their conduct and behavior.
On every floor, students can neither enter nor exit as per their wish, as we have installed access-based entry systems. Hence, it is mandatory for students to record their stay time and also leave time in the hostels.
Student's Eligibility Criteria
It is mandatory for the candidate to clear both the groups of the IPCC examination
Candidate should not be less than 18 years and over 25 years of age
Candidate should be a non resident of Mumbai and having a valid articleship at Mumbai.
It is mandatory for the candidate to have a local guardian at Mumbai. Local guardian should ideally be relative of the candidate, must be minimum 35 years of age, should be residing at Mumbai for minimum 5 years and should be easily accessible.
Instruction For Online form
Please read Notice and the Procedure, and understand them before filling out the New Admission Registration Form. This will ensure you do not make any mistakes while filling in the online application form for your new admission. - Please note that the following documents should be prepared before you start filling out the form
- Passport-size photo in jpeg format.
- Scanned copy of the Cancelled Cheque (Required for Bank account details).
- Scanned copy of the CA Firm Letter,
- Scanned copy of LG undertaking & his/her ID proof,
- Scanned copy of Self Declaration for New admission form,
- Scanned copy of Donor letter, (if applied on Donor Seat)
- Scanned copy of Aadhar Card,
- Scanned copy of Pan Card,
- Scanned copy of Marksheets (HSC, BCOM, CPT/Foundation, IPCC (Both group) & OTHER) in PDF format,
- Scanned copy of the Medical Fitness Certificate, and
- Scanned copy of Student signature.

Please Note
a. For Image attachments, the file size should be a minimum of 20kb and a maximum of 40kb in jpeg format.
b. In the case of a Pdf attachment, the file size should be a minimum of 20kb and a maximum of 2 Mb in pdf format.

Make sure your Pop-ups are allowed in the web browser.
4. Register your account with the proper email and password. Then, enter the details in your new application form.
5. Fill all the fields in capital letters except the email address.
6. Multiple Applications are not allowed.
7. Candidate should fill in all the required details carefully. Any error while filling in the details may not be rectified later.
8. Applications made in the donor category cannot be changed to the general category after submission of forms and vice-versa.
9. Guidelines for uploading the photo.
a. Colored photograph with white background.
b. Ensure that there's no "red-eye" in the photo.
c. File Size should be of a minimum 20kb and a maximum of 40kb in jpeg format.
d. Do not upload Selfie.
10. Students should type their own bank account details in the details of Students Bank & Bank A/c.
11. Once a student has filled in the details of Local Guardian, it cannot be changed, without a specific reason and permission of the Administrator, so that the right person is chosen while filling the form.
12. In the Details of Articleship, Articleship Registration No. (i.e. your CRO/WRO No) and the Name of the CA Firm (where you have been selected or given an Interview) are Mandatory. Other details are open and subject to confirmation.
13. Students can fill out the form with keeping blank article details except for WRO/CRO no. as his/her firm is not yet decided. Also, upload an undertaking regarding the same.
14. Student can send an email if the CA firm does not appear in the drop-down menu in the database.
15. Kindly fill in appropriate Marks, Month, and Year under the head; Details of Examination Passed & CA Final Exam.
16. Select the correct IPCC & CPT/Foundation Course Type (Old/New).
17. In the recommendation section, please select or type the name of the person who knows you and you have to upload the recommendation letter provided by the user.

Please upload the medical fitness certificate in other document section.

Click ‘Submit’. In case of any error/discrepancy/shortcoming, the same shall be displayed on the screen and needs to be rectified immediately. The software will ask you to verify all details and confirm. You will not be allowed to make changes once the form is submitted.
20. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a notification about the successful submission of the form. You will get a PDF copy of the admission application form on your respective login account.
21. If your form is incomplete/in Correction, you'll receive a notification via email and the student needs to resubmit the form with corrected changes through the login portal.
22. Kindly send the hard copy with supporting documents through Speed Post or courier to the head office of RVG Educational Foundation.
